I'm an attorney and Executive Director of Franceschini Advogados Associados, a boutique strategic litigation firm based in Rio de Janeiro.
My purpose is clear: to protect business trajectories through applied legal strategy.
With 16 years of practice, I work in legal strategy for asset protection, Digital Law, LGPD (Brazilian General Data Protection Law) and legal technology. I preside over the Future of Law Committee at OAB-RJ (Rio de Janeiro Bar Association) and coordinate the Artificial Intelligence and Legal Practice program at ESA/OAB-RJ.
Speaker on Digital Law and legal technology. In 2026, I was part of the Brazilian delegation at the Deposit Ceremony in the Arctic World Archive in Longyearbyen, Norway.
